The NCAD Thomas Street campus is located in the former Powers Distillery buildings. Our involvement included provision of conservation design input for proposals to redevelop the Thomas Street Campus and delivery of fully restored building fabric including cleaning and repointing of limestone and brick facades and restoration of all stained hardwood window joinery.
The project also included the provision of a new entrance facing on to Thomas Street to fit within the historic fabric. This was designed by Murray O'Laoire. Architects
